Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they haven’t been processed yet. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we provide Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with a transit time of 4–7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Q: What is the order cut-off time?
A: Orders placed before 5:00 pm (GMT) will be processed the same business day.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the customer made a wrong order, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Q: What if my package arrives damaged?
A: Please take a photo of the damaged package and contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
