We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Do you charge for shipping?

No! We proudly offer Free Shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will typically arrive within 5–10 business days, broken down as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days

Orders placed after 8:00 PM (UK time) will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us immediately at support@babies-boo.com.
We’ll do our best to help, but once your order begins processing, changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Return shipping is paid by the customer if the wrong size, color, or item was ordered.
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
